The staff (a family in fact) was very welcoming, friendly and gave us a lot of very useful tips to enjoy our stay. They wanted us to feel at home and succeeded indeed. We could use the kitchen, take food and drinks from the fridge, no charge if remaining fair. Fresh water, coffee or tea are free and available at any time. The location is super great, historical. Just cross the bridge (where WW I was triggered) and enjoy the very heart of Sarajevo ! Also just a 10 minutes' walk to an amazing brewery with a good restaurant and great beer. We got the free parking (next to hotel, but not really secured) we had asked for. Great people, clean, perfect location but no luxury. Very quiet place also.

Our room was clean with ensuite bathroom ok. The double bed took most of the place. There was no view on the city, as the only window is high up in the ceiling (you need a long, provided stick to open it). Even worse is the lack of curtain: the window is just above your pillow, in the very early morning you get the light right into the eyes ! Refrain from opening if rain is the air ...We discussed the problem with the manager, as we were so sorry this spoit our stay he did his best for us to enjoy. Maybe other rooms are better; ours was to wash and sleep only (with an eye mask as on night flights !). Breakfast was very poor.

small 19th century hotel sensitively restored recently. modest sized rooms but very well kept and comfortable. In historic city centre, over looking the site of FransFerdinand assassination, easily walkable to all sites of interest; old city, cafes, restaurants. Staff great and very helpfull (organised our transfers etc). lovely light breakfast. All in all very good small hotel.

Excellent breakfast - great range and tasty. Staff very hospitable - they welcome you to help yourself to anything in the kitchen 24/7 and they have an excellent coffee machine!! They are available all day and night also.

No air conditioning. The room was cooler than outside due to the solid walls, but became a bit stuffy at night. They really should put fans in the room if installing air con is not an option. We never asked them however because they were so nice!

We had a nice and comfortable room with a great view to the famous Latin bridge. Because of the authentic style the room was a little small. The old town of Sarajevo is only a 3 minutes walk away. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Latinski Most is a wonderful place! good location , clean , nice staff and delicious breakfast the ideal place to stay if you want to visit Sarajevo

A historic building in historic surroundings, beautifully restored with every comfort and modern facility, yet maintaining character and individuality. Our rooms (Nos 1 and 10) were extremely clean and well- prepared with very efficient welcome and exit arrangements.Staff were outstanding: personable, friendly, excellent standard of English and knowledgable about the city of Sarajevo and where local or international meals could be taken. The location adjacent to the Latinski Bridge (formerly Gavrilo Princip Bridge) ensured easy access to both the 'Empire' parts of the city and the traditional Turkish quarter. We would certainly visit again.

It would have been helpful to have side lights in Room 10 for bedtime reading. Otherwise this is a bright and very attractive room with views to the mountains as well as the city.

Everything was good. Helpfully staff. very clean room. Nice view of the Latin -Bridge .Close to Shopping,Old Town.

Longtime to get warm water in the shower

Though this is a small hotel without a lot of bells and whistles, it is a warm and friendly place and the location cannot be beat for walking and exploring the old city. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful providing suggestions for dinning, activities and assisting with transport schedules. It was a great stay and we look forward to a return visit to Sarajevo soon!

Excellent value for money in a perfect location near the river and old town. Meeting nice people in the cosy breakfast room.

Location is excellent, very handy to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Interestingly decorated rooms, and we had a balcony. Coffee at breakfast was good.

This is a fairly basic hotel with some interesting decor which is noce but we had a very small room and wires hanging out of the wall and concrete showing through holes on bathroom tiles. Breakfast was basic cold cheese and devon.

Great location, few minutes walk to old city, restaurants,sight seeing, retail, parks. Room serviced daily with light breakfast supplied which was good. Staff were very accommodating, carried luggage to and from rooms. High standard of cleanliness in all parts of hotel, historic building refurbished.

The location was the best! Just a short walk over the bridge and you are in old town. Can take a 4:30 PM walking tour in English for free just 5 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast that was included was also good.

The shower (which was fairly new and trying to be very fancy - with jets, etc) was too small and a pain to work. The towels were small and very rough! Not enough towels either and ran out of toilet paper. So while location is good, and staff was helpful, .....the negatives were in the details.

Nice rooms and fantastic location. Safe parking and very friendly, helpful staff.

No lift/elevator (but a common problem in Europe).

The hotel is located next to the river and the bridge Latinski Most, which take you straight into the middle of the old town. The room was small but nice and with a small balcony overlooking the river and town. There was free parking and wifi. The breakfast was nice.

A little bit hard to locate until we found out that Latinski Most was a bridge and it was located just next to it.
